As elders serving on the Session of Church of the Palms and as representatives serving as board members of The Foundation For The Church of the Palms, we are grateful for the generosity of our members and friends of the congregation.  As faithful Stewards of your giving, the Session and Foundation make the following commitments:

• We will regularly communicate to you the financial support that our congregation needs to fulfill its mission and ministries, and we will ask for your financial support.

• We will express the gratitude of the congregation to members and friends who have responded with their gifts.

• We will report the results to the congregation in a timely manner.

• We will use your gifts for the purposes for which you gave them.

• We will manage your gifts with confidentiality and prudent care.

• We will gladly respond to any questions about the financial affairs of the Church and the Foundation, and financial statements will be available in the church office.

• We will present financial statements of the Church and of the Foundation at the Annual Meeting, and be prepared to answer your questions.
